Applying for State Benefits:

This is a great resource to apply for state benefits such as food stamps, cash assistance, and emergency services. You can also contact the Department of Health and Human Services directly via phone at 1-800-852-3345

Applying for Unemployment:

This is a website that allows individuals to apply for unemployment due to the virus

Food Pantries:

This is a pantry that is working closely with the community to serve hot meals as well as provide food through their extensive pantry. Currently the hours are irregular due to the virus so be sure to contact prior to arrival

Additional Food Assistance:

The YMCA of Downtown Manchester will be distributing grab-and-go dinners every evening from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Families will be able to pick up breakfast and lunch from the Teen Center entrance, 42 Stark Street. MSD buses will be dropping off food at the end of the route, then the Y will distribute those meals. You can get an idea of when the buses will drop food off by viewing the routes at www.mansd.org.
